All accommodation has to be pre-paid.
£300 + security deposit required. Payment arranged by BACs. Please notify us at end of stay for your REFUND to be issued, informing us of any accidental damage. The Security Deposit is refunded back to your bank account less any charges, i.e. cleaning, electric, accidental damage etc.
Companies can be Invoiced. Pre-payment is required. Administration fee is £6 per week.
Advance Bookings require a deposit of £300 and full payment should be made at least 4 weeks in advance of start date.
If your stay is long term, 'rent' can be paid monthly in advance by arrangement.
